Goddess Pele and Healing through a Pandemic

Glistening, cavernous, craggy, slick and holey ebony lava rock, bathed in warm salty sea. The deep, azure waves crashed and smashed against her mighty strength like a denouement of a culminating classically intense Beethoven journey. I stood there unafraid, aroused by her power, compelled by her compassion, allured by her capriciousness. It felt like a re-awakenening of my own spirit.
For her, it was a typical moment- sea and lava communing as Pele.
